I stopped in for the first time in over a year and was greeted by the sweetest young lady. Her name was Kyndel. I live an hour away now and had the opportunity to stop and get my good hair dye and Kyndel was more than willing to answer my questions as well as helped me to make sure I got the right stuff and didn’t forget my supplies. We brought a spill on the ground to their attention and they verbally blamed the child with us. They then yelled at him not to touch anything. Extremely disappointing. They were very hostile and we felt extremely uncomfortable.
Worst customer service EVER and that was from a manager named Markeesha at store # 2480. And I don't usually use names in reviews but this honestly deserves it. Tried filing a complaint with their main customer service # and they totally agreed with me that "her behavior was definitely not what the company would have wanted for a customer," and that it would be escalated to the district manager level.
