My mother went in earlier today to get advice for highlighting her hair, the lady at the front did not look up from her phone to help, was extremely rude and unhelpful as far as replying to and answering questions about certain products to use. She recommended a 30 volume when it should have been a 20 volume considering the hair in question. Had the employee actually noticed and talk to my mother she would have seen that my mother has thin and frail hair. Would not let her use my employee discount as well for her purchase. M... read more
