Rude cashier
The agent do not have costumer service oriented. I asked questions and her answer was "I dont know". She never smile. I think this job is not for her.
I came here for assistance on what products I should use to get the hair color I wanted, the lady was friendly and helped me pick the products that would help me get something near what I wanted. It didn’t turned out how I wanted and I came the next day for a return on the items, I explained my situation to the lady because I wanted to make conversation and explain my disappointment without being mean or rude, she just replied with “I don’t care what happened, I just want to know if you want an exchange or just the refund.” ... read more
Sally's used to be my go to for all my hair care needs, but I have not been in a while because I started to get my hair professionally done and used professionally grade hair care items.
