I visited the store today and had a wonderful experience. Marie greeted me right away and was very helpful in finding exactly what I needed. Everyone working was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning to this location again. She also informed me of the buy more save more promotion at check out.

Do not shop at this location! The manager of this location(Essie) attempted to not honor posted return policy. I had my receipt and unused items. It was past the 60 day deadline for a full cash refund but the policy states in store credit was to be issued. She refused to honor the policy 3 times and got irritated when she got called off her lunch break to address the issue. I explained that this is horrible and she should honor the store policy. Horrible manager, I went in had to do a return because I had bought a couple hair colors that I had did test strands on and on the advice of another Sally's which I should know better than to take, I got a neutral color brown which made my hair very dark, per Sally policy you can bring it back and get something else so I did just that, I had another color that I hadn't did any test strands or anything on I had bought two days prior to this at my regular Sally's, I was trying to get a color conditioner that was $22 so she doe... read more

First and LAST time coming here! Walked in, asked the manager Essie for an eyebrow razor. She unlocked it, I picked mine out ($5.12), thanked her, and went to pay. My total was around $5.76. I handed her a $20 bill and she looks me dead in the face and says: “Oh, I can’t break that. I don’t have change.” Excuse me?? For a $20?? I thought it was a joke.
