Two stars just because they always have everything I need, however the wait time be atrocious as today I went in there, one girl was just hanging out on her phone the other holding up a conversation with someone who wasn’t even buying anything and wasn’t even talking about anything store related… I understand small talk with customers I do it too at work however… I never just completely shut out other customers waiting to be checked out
Today i went to Sally's from litiz pike. It looks like it was just the manager and a employee working. I don't remember the managers name but I had asked her if there was nail liquid, she showed me where it was and she also told me that there were more in the back of the cashier. i’ve been going to sally’s for years, never have i had an experience as bad as this one. i placed an order yesterday for 2 hour delivery, when i got the email that said it was delivered i had someone go out to get it and it wasn’t there. i called sally’s and was then sent on a wild goose chase because they don’t even know who picked up my order. i called customer service and if someone stole my package (which is literally the only option at this point) all i got was a 25% off code than could only be used online. i then today... read more
