I normally don’t leave a review but one of the employees recommended a Demi permanent hair dye so I went with that decision instead of what I normally use and I’m livid bc I wasted 30 dollars for something I’m allergic to and I can’t get my money back for it I’m not coming back here
I went to the store looking for a specific dye remover, the worker didn't even ask me if I needed help, I went to ask her and she simply answered that they didn't have it, but she didn't even bother to suggest the one they had in her store, she just walked away and I couldn't buy anything because I was in a hurry and couldn't take the time to search the entire store.
Management is misleading, will tell you one thing but really means another. The manager convinced me to buy Articfox when I had Ion in my hand. Told me if I kept the receipt and ‘I did’ not like the Articfox she would replace it with the Ion free. No problem . I will do that for you because I use this product and it’s amazing I’m telling you this is more for your money. Well I listen to her & did my hair and the Articfox is horrible, do not buy it. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a big smile and instantly made me feel welcomed. 🌟 Kim patiently listened to what I needed, answered all my questions, and helped me find it.
