I bought a ion curling iron from this location on 01/01/2025 and used it the iron cut off while using multiple times and the handle was bending I go back today 01/03/2025 and a RUDE EMPLOYEE NAMED ROBIN tried to tell me since I got the $5 warranty that I would have to call asurion to get my money back. I loved my visit here. I needed something for my hair and the associate (her name was Lilian) gave me such a good recommendation that I will most definitely be back. It has been a long time since I had such a wonderful recommendation for my products. I will be back.
