Customer service could use some improvement. When I walked into the store there was a woman at the register with one customer. I received no greeting at all. I was in the store for at least 10min before she spoke to me and asked if I needed anything. No doubt I appreciated having the space to shop without pressure but at least a greeting shows not only professionalism but also awareness of people in your store.
