Very disappointed with this purchase. I bought an Andis Phenom Cordless Trimmer and it was defective right out of the box. The trimmer was never used for cutting or trimming. I only turned it on briefly to test it, switched it off, and later discovered that it had turned itself back on and ran continuously overnight. When I contacted customer service regarding Order, I was told that opened trimmers are not eligible for return and that I would need to contact the manufacturer.
