Great customer service and product sometimes are cheaper here than other places. I'd recommend coming here, if you're close by and prefer not to visit large beauty supply stores when shopping for hair products, especially as a black male. Jordyn is exceptional at her job, and very supportive. She suggested I try another hair product due to Mielle's haircare underperforming lately and switch to Camille Rose Honey Hydrate Leave-In Conditioner, which has truly moisturized my hair. 10/10.

Had the products that I wanted in stock. The only reason I shop there is because I love the products that my hairdresser recommends. However, the aisles were cluttered with products on the floor & cartons were left unoacked. 2 very unfriendly employees literally grunted at me & were barely awake. Please hire employees that are upbeat & welcoming.

I needed help picking out a color and the lady gave me a blue black when I specifically asked her which ones weren’t blue based. My hair is dark blue now. They don’t know what they’re talking about here.

I came in for some hair dye to finally give myself a makeover. I dyed my hair and it wasn’t the best results so I went back for help on fixing it, needlessly to say I was feeling very insecure walking around with a messed up dye job. But the black woman with short blonde hair made me feel so much better about myself and helped me fix it with the right products. You have no idea how much that meant to me, a tired toddler mom who doesn’t get much time to work on her appearance. Will absolutely be back !
