I went in to grab a few things, I drive to this location specifically because the staff has always been so helpful. Although today I had an associate come ask me if I needed help with anything and before I could even open my mouth to answer she was gone and back behind the cash counter. Extremely disappointed in the customer service here today.
I didn’t catch her name but the lady inside the store was one of the most genuine and helpful store associates ever! She was wearing a Canada sweater and had her hair in a bun. My sister and I can’t get over how lovely she was!
Today I wanted to tone my baby blonde hair. I told the lady who was helping me that I want to keep the same colour. She suggested one and now my hair is brown.
