The current staff at this location is 10/10 phenomenal! Such kind and helpful young ladies , in the last week we have been in 4 times and all staff is knowledgeable and helpful, my red headed little lady wanted a vibrant pink without bleach and they have found and suggested the best products Thank you from a very happy mama and little girl for giving her the pink hair of her dreams

I went in to grab a few things, I drive to this location specifically because the staff has always been so helpful. Although today I had an associate come ask me if I needed help with anything and before I could even open my mouth to answer she was gone and back behind the cash counter. Extremely disappointed in the customer service here today.
I didn’t catch her name but the lady inside the store was one of the most genuine and helpful store associates ever! She was wearing a Canada sweater and had her hair in a bun. My sister and I can’t get over how lovely she was!
