The ladies who work at this location were kind of rude. As soon as I got in I was asked what I was looking for and would I like to be shown where the items that I was looking for is . I said no. They were constantly watching me. I felt discriminate againt.
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Isa, a Color Care consultant at the local Sally’s. Isa provided exceptional service during my recent visit. Despite the store being busy, she was incredibly professional and helpful. She took the time to assist me in finding everything I needed and clearly explained the steps involved. Her guidance was invaluable, and I truly would have been lost without her. Give this woman a promotion . 10 out of 10!
