I visited Sally Beauty Supply for the first time at your McBride location and I had a wonderful experience thanks to Ari, Simran, and Erica. They were all very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the store. As it was my first time there, I really appreciated the time they took to answer my questions and make sure I found exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be coming back!
I love the store recently visited here on Thursday and received fantastic service from the store manager Ari and in the past Erika as well. These girls are knowledgable on the products and I’m open to their suggestions recently tried one and I’m very happy with the outcome. Thank you so much girls. See you soon.
My visit felt like a complete waste of time. The selection of ethnic products is inconsistent, and the customer service was disappointing. One of the front staff members seemed more focused on chatting with a colleague than assisting customers. I will not be returning to Sally in New Westminster
I'm posting this like 5 months after I visited, but seriously the customer service I experienced here was so genuine and lovely — I was guided on how to begin dyeing & bleaching — and recommended products depending on what specifically I was looking for in a result/how long I wanted the colour to last/cost effectiveness.
