I visited at 10:30 and again at 11:20 on a Friday. They open at 10. At 10:30 NOBODY was in the store and the doors were gated up still. I came back at 11:20 and there was a girl in there and mouthed “20 minutes” to me. Being this lazy to open up a store 2 hours after opening is beyond me! I couldn’t believe how unprofessional they are. Not returning.

I visited Sally Beauty Supply for the first time at your McBride location and I had a wonderful experience thanks to Ari, Simran, and Erica. They were all very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the store. As it was my first time there, I really appreciated the time they took to answer my questions and make sure I found exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

I love the store recently visited here on Thursday and received fantastic service from the store manager Ari and in the past Erika as well. These girls are knowledgable on the products and I’m open to their suggestions recently tried one and I’m very happy with the outcome. Thank you so much girls. See you soon.
