My visit felt like a complete waste of time. The selection of ethnic products is inconsistent, and the customer service was disappointing. One of the front staff members seemed more focused on chatting with a colleague than assisting customers. I will not be returning to Sally in New Westminster
I'm posting this like 5 months after I visited, but seriously the customer service I experienced here was so genuine and lovely — I was guided on how to begin dyeing & bleaching — and recommended products depending on what specifically I was looking for in a result/how long I wanted the colour to last/cost effectiveness. Her words were bleeding with information, and as a newbie to styling my hair with anything at all, I could not have asked for a better blessing than meeting her. I just wanted to shout out an amazing customer service at this location from Ari. Coming In With a list of generic and broad items to buy. Ari knowledge and suggestions provided a valuable way of making my decision of which products to buy for my kids and partner. She definitely took the stress out of trying to buy something blind. Thank you again
Ari was absolutely wonderful, she answered all my questions immediately and was so sweet. I recommend consulting with her if you go in!
