I’m annoyed. I went in to get color and developer the girl behind the counter grabbed a color boost and a special conditioning packet when I said I don’t want to buy those she lied and said they were included in my purchase free then I get to my car and look at the receipt and she charged me for both products. Not going to use this Sally’s anymore

Nayelly went above and beyond to help me pick up last minute supplies for my business! I called over the phone asking if they had a specific product and she took the time to search the store to see if they did ( Luckily, they had my product I needed!) And held it aside for me for up to 24 hours. Once going into the store, she greeted me and treated me with the most amazing hospitality and kindness. She is so appreciated thank you again beautiful!!!
Horrible customer service and staff is unknowledgeable about products and policies.. cheaper and more reliable just to get the same products from Amazon
The manager was super helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. Week definitely be going back in the future.
