1/24/2025 between 7:30p-8:00p and yes I knew the store closed at 8. It was 7:56 and yes I knew the time because the employee working reminded me, I asked her if she could show me where the developer was and again, I got told hurry because “it was already 8” and I had asked her where the powder was and she said again told me to hurry very rudely. i’m not usually one to make a bad review because of poor customer service because everyone has their days! i wasn’t going to write this but i still feel so uncomfortable with this situation. the girls working around 5pm on 10/6 were so incredibly rude and made me feel so uncomfortable that i had to leave and drive 20 minutes to the dublin location to get my hair dye. i had an airpod in because i was having a conversation on the phone and didn’t realize the mumble and stare from behind the counter was directed at me and when ... read more

I went here 08/22 at 11:58am and the door is locked. Online said this store was open. I drove over an hour to get to this store. Very disappointing!!!

I was nervous to go in and ask silly questions for the first time dying my hair. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful! I am so glad this place is just up the road so I can continue to come here. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome!
