i thought i knew what i needed before going in today but accepted help from an associate name Jayjay(JJ?) they were extremely helpful and very personable. they recommended a few products that i think saved my at home hair color/tone. i didnt go over my budget and felt like I was shopping with a friend. thanks JJ! for more info I went in for toner and developer to fix a bleach job I paid someone to do that turned out too yellow (yikers). Placed an online order the order never processed I went to the store for help in which I placed the order for. The bald guy is very condescending. I understood everything he was saying and repeated twice how I must not understand what he is saying. Was trying to get help in which he couldn’t be bothered to Never will be back very disappointed in the customer service
