Horrible costumer service. Sales clerk would not help me because she thought doing inventory was more important than helping the customer. I had to literally ask her if she could recommend another item to me because the item I wanted was no longer available. She didn't want to come over and help and by the time she came over and suggested one item and I turned around to ask her a question she was back on the other aisle contining with her inventory. Absolutely Horrible customer service!

Had the best interaction with a sweet worker, Aaliyah! She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me find everything I needed and gave me some tips on how to make sure I’m using the right products for my hair. Overall a great customer service experience!

Would have rated 0, three employees standing at register when I entered.I wasn't greeted are ask did I need help, just blank stares.I wasn't sure what product I needed to purchase.I purchase the wrong item the day before from Sally.Mgr Cynthia wasn't helpful she seen annoyed,not friendly.Mgr Cynthia told me she couldn't exchange my purchase(never open new item),I ask her to call corporate then it was ok!I wouldn't recommend this Sally Beauty.Mgr Cynthia and Staff all have frowns on face,not friendly and not helpful.Mgr Cynth... read more

I went to get black hair because I started to dislike my blonde & I don’t really like speaking to people but I believe the manager came and was so nice me not like speaking was about to just get black hair dye and leave but the girl helped me and suggested the best hair dye & other supplies to help me get the color I wanted & she did ! I love my black and if it wasn’t for her help I would’ve had green hair ❤️
