I went to get black hair because I started to dislike my blonde & I don’t really like speaking to people but I believe the manager came and was so nice me not like speaking was about to just get black hair dye and leave but the girl helped me and suggested the best hair dye & other supplies to help me get the color I wanted & she did ! I love my black and if it wasn’t for her help I would’ve had green hair ❤️
Placed an order online, went the next day to pick it up and discovered: A) they only had half my order B) I could not pick up that half because for some reason the system wouldn’t let me C) I couldn’t just pick it up and have a message left to have it marked as picked up in the system D) they could not cancel that half and refund me so I could repurchase it E) 3 items I originally purchased but they were supposedly out of were “on hold” sitting on the shelf next to my bag F) They had no documentation regarding who put it in ... read more
