Changing your hair color is never an easy decision especially with all the product options. Josh was super friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He gave some really great recommendations and suggestions that definitely enhanced and eased my experience. Horrible costumer service. Sales clerk would not help me because she thought doing inventory was more important than helping the customer. I had to literally ask her if she could recommend another item to me because the item I wanted was no longer available. She didn't want to come over and help and by the time she came over and suggested one item and I turned around to ask her a question she was back on the other aisle contining with her inventory. Absolutely Horrible customer service!

Had the best interaction with a sweet worker, Aaliyah! She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me find everything I needed and gave me some tips on how to make sure I’m using the right products for my hair. Overall a great customer service experience!
