I have to say this is my favorite location in the KW area. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgable. I have never had an issue with the Staff, Love them. Sabrina today was just the best. I have only ever had issues with ION Products, but nothing a good black dye cant fix lol Thank you ladies for always being so wonderful to talk to.

Unreliable product. There's been multiple products that I use discontinueD. Massive employee turnover rate Some customer service is good I don't like that they stick to your hip even if you know what you're purchasing. I get worried about theft but watch me from the cash. Feels like a negative atmosphere with certain employees

I really want to love this Sally’s location but I almost feel ambushed by the sales associates when I walk through the door. This is a constant experience at this location. I didn’t even have time to adjust my eyes from the sun before I was immediately asked what I was shopping for. The sales associates almost corner you to tell you about the store promotions. I had a fantastic experience at Sally Beauty! They offer a wide selection of amazing beauty and hair care products. Zahra, the beauty advisor, was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose exactly what I needed. I felt well taken care of throughout my visit, and I left feeling great about my purchase. The products I picked up are excellent—I'll definitely be back!
