Very friendly service as far as I can tell. I left a gift for a friend and prior co-worker. Someone who I presume was the owner greeted me. She was polite and sweet about it all around. As far as quality goes, my sister was at some Sally Beauty years ago and said it was great, so

I have been using this Sally's for 8 years. I use to enjoy the support and information provided by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not any more. I was given information by three different people in 3 days regarding one issue. Each time, what they told me what to buy and how it would work, it didn't. I understand that these are suggestions, however, when I spoke to the staff today, I felt disrespected. I was informed that nobody there are trained hairdressers ( other than her). I unfortunately did not have a great experience hence shopping there frequently through the years. As soon as i walked into the store I felt I was being watched and all 3 workers followed me around the store the entire time i shopped. They each approached me multiple times asking if I needed help looking and I said I just was browsing the store but thanked them kindly. I have to say this is my favorite location in the KW area. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgable. I have never had an issue with the Staff, Love them. Sabrina today was just the best. I have only ever had issues with ION Products, but nothing a good black dye cant fix lol Thank you ladies for always being so wonderful to talk to.
