I just had a fantastic experience at Sally Beauty on Innes Rd. I needed a new hair straightener and was a bit overwhelmed by the selection. Shealynn was readily available to assist me, and provided me with ample information on the various brands and types. She was so helpful, and when I asked about a product they didn’t carry, she was even able to guide me in the right direction for that, as well. Lots of selection, but it gets annoying when different staff provide conflicting information to clients, and seem to not have a full understanding of how their computer system works when it comes to stock, returns and client memberships.
