So disappointed, I was trying to get my supplies for an event that I have this morning but, the company change the time of opening. I was so sure their opening for today was at 9am and the store hours are the same. I saw people working and they started at me for a while with not taking the courtesy of telling me what was going on. I was in this store yesterday. The clerk Melinda was helpful in getting me the things I needed and even made a phone call to another Sally store to find something I needed. Everything quickly fell apart when I gave her my payment. She didn't have change for a 100 dollar bill. She went next door to get change and came back telling me that my 100 dollar bill was counterfeit. I got it from the bank so, I knew it was not counterfeit. Just wanted to thank Melinda for her great service. As soon as she was done talking to a customer, she immediately helped me with my peoducta She's very knowledgeable about what she spoke about. Thank you for making this experience nice as when I usually go to other locations it feels like customers are a bother to the worker's.

Before buying a thing here please make an account first otherwise a refund will be difficult. I returned a curling iron and the young ladies kept asking why I returned it. I have a right to return something if I don’t like it or just because I feel like it. In the end I didn’t like the product. Period. I’m giving them 4 stars because I am glad they allowed me to return and expensive curling iron.

Today 5/18/24 i went to Sally's 10001 grant in Thornton it was 9:44am and it was not open the lady who was barely getting there saw ne walk to the door and started to shaw "NOT YET, NOT YET" 9:44AM i usually don't have any problems here I go in the evening or afternoon but man this lady should not be in charge of opening any stores! Bad attitude and behavior against a customer if she would it had a calm voice and apologetic I would it be okay for her been late .
