Shout out to Amber! I was impressed when I found what I have been looking for - for over a year at another Sally Beauty. And, it was even on sale. This store was very well stocked and the staff was so friendly. I rarely take my phone into a store. I usually hide it in my car (I have a small purse). I brought it in because of the sale coupon. This WAS my local Sally's for 9 years and it had never let me down when it came to customer service..... until this morning when I was rudely advised the best manager they had, Pat, was no longer with the company, and whoever the person was at the other end of this call told me I could not place an order by phone to be picked up.
