Staff was very rude. Skipped me in line without explanation or an apology.
This is now the 3rd time in a row they have missed the 2 hour delivery window by an unacceptably long time.. I should have found a different location after the last 2 hour delivery took almost 3 days. I live 9 minutes away. I count on the deliveries when vision problems prevent me from driving safely. Not that the reason I opt for delivery matters. Sally's offers 2 hour deliveries on orders made before 3pm and next day service for orders made after that. I came in to the store to pick up an online order & when I got home & unpacked the bag, I noticed a lovely hand written note at the bottom and a note stapled on the front with suggestions for products based on my order. I love this. I haven't seen this level of personalized customer service in years. I'm not sure if this is something all locations do or if it depends on the location, but great job you guys!! Maya was amazing. I told her what I was looking for and why, she then proceeded to look into the ingredients to make sure whatever she recommended would accommodate my needs. She's friendly and I highly recommend speaking with her.
Sally has been a great store for me by giving me very good deals. I always buy my tools and products here. However, the local store manager doesn't care about that. Even though, I proved her with the last transaction. She said it shouldn't haven been like that. Sorry Sally for having this type of employee. I might start looking for a another supplier.
