The salesperson was FABULOUS! She offered great advice and suggested products that were perfect. Very friendly as well.
Was waiting for over 5 min to make a purchase at the counter . The person working never acknowledged us or said she'd be there to help . We were invisible to her so we left . I will purchase from Amazon instead. This is one reason why store go out of business. No customer service.
The girls in this Sally were so helpful and happy. They had a smile on their face. I went in and asked for lavender hair color to add to my money piece, the lady who helped me showed me ALL of their lavender/ light purple hair color. I will definitely be coming to this Sally's over the others in town. The shelves were well stocked.
Nice lady working there. Had the dye I wanted for my hair . The store seemed very clean and organized.
Bought a pair of clippers that were never used and went to exchange them and was told that all sales are final on them. But the receipt even says that there is a 60 day return policy with clippers that are unused and in the original packaging with the receipt. They told me to contact the manufacturer to try to get a refund. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. 80 dollars going in the trash now
