I went in to get some liquid biotin drops and when the front desk cashier lady talked at check out asked me why, I honestly told her, but she started giving me relationship and life advice, like how someone wasn't right for me and I shouldn't be doing things to better myself. I felt very offended. The other Sally store off Madison St. was never as rude as this one.
As a former customer for the past 19 years, I am absolutely sick of this store being closed by 5pm when the hours are stated as otherwise. There is usually a very limited supply of toners and developers, or they stay out of stock for more than a week. It is just ridiculous at this point.
