Marlene is truly an asset to this company! When I came in back in June with greenish hair, she immediately stepped in to help. She recommended some great options and even went above and beyond by offering me a complimentary leave-in conditioner. Her kindness and expertise completely made my day—and the product she suggested worked perfectly! I'm forever grateful, and thanks to Marlene, this store has become my absolute favorite. I went in today 15 before closing and man I felt Like the girl with the short curly hair and jorts was all up in my business. I get it she was trying to help out but I knew exactly what I was getting and I obviously knew they were going to close in 15 minutes. She helped me pick a color and then just stood there. Like girl I’m not gonna steal I got money and I’m rollin in my Mercedes Benz. They definitely need better customer service! Will Not be going back to this location.
