I had a very disappointing experience at this Sally Beauty location in Poinciana. When you walk in, no one greets you or acknowledges you. The staff seems more focused on their phones than on helping customers. Several employees also struggle to understand basic English, which makes it extremely difficult to ask questions or get assistance. The store manager! Wow! So rude didn’t want to do my exchange with my online receipt picked up at this location not a door dash order. Act as if my receipt didn’t work went to the back pulled a file with receipts from that day which my order was on 12/27 product was drying my daughters hair just wanted to swap. I went today, and Ruth was super helpful. I was looking for a gift for my moms birthday and as a guy we arent the best at finding the best gifts at times. Ruth guided me on the right direction and got my mom some hair care products that she ended up LOVING! Definitely recommending this store to every female in the family. Ask for ruth!
I placed an order for 2 hour delivery and have been waiting. After 2 hours of waiting, I log in and see it was cancelled. I called customer service and apparently they don't have enough staff for delivery but instead of calling or texting to let me know so I can go pick it up and start my process, they just cancelled the order and let me waste my time!
