I had a very disappointing experience at this Sally Beauty location in Poinciana. When you walk in, no one greets you or acknowledges you. The staff seems more focused on their phones than on helping customers. Several employees also struggle to understand basic English, which makes it extremely difficult to ask questions or get assistance.
