This happened last year but my fiancé and I were doing a DoorDash order and when we walked in, we did not get any greeting or received any help. The only time we received any help is when we actively sought them out and they didn’t really provide much help. I always go to Sallys for my hair coloring products and supplies. The staff is always helpful and willing to assist if you have questions. I like their Rewards program where you earn points with your purchases, resulting in $$ off for future buys. Also, if associate on duty is learning and can't answer your questions, you can chat online for free with licensed colorists😊

Had a wonderful woman help me find what I needed to start taking better care of my curly hair. Very nice and went in depth with the items and their benefits. 10/10 will be here again

The employees were nice to us, but it was totally inappropriate for them to argue with each other and especially how one spoke to the other while we were in there.
