Go to the O'Fallon location. I used them for the first time after getting an offer for 15% off for downloading the app. After selecting my hair dye, they offered "free 2 hour delivery" for orders over a certain amount. I’m so sad that I did not get the girls name. She was SO helpful - not just to me … but juggled 4 different customers with kindness and her awesome expertise..like a boss. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could tell management. I did my color.. myself HIGHLIGHTED my hair .. and with her awesome advice it turned out great!!!!
