Go to the O'Fallon location. I used them for the first time after getting an offer for 15% off for downloading the app. After selecting my hair dye, they offered "free 2 hour delivery" for orders over a certain amount. It was hot, I was limited on time, and I needed the dye quickly so I added a huge after color conditioner to meet the required amount and a hair mask. I’m so sad that I did not get the girls name. She was SO helpful - not just to me … but juggled 4 different customers with kindness and her awesome expertise..like a boss. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could tell management. I did my color.. myself HIGHLIGHTED my hair .. and with her awesome advice it turned out great!!!!
Jessie has been such an amazing help while figuring out how to get my teen group of girls ready for prom! She is so sweet and patient with helping coming up with a good color plan and I got great results on all three girls thanks to her. Definitely recommend this location.
