Olivia is the sweetest person! i came in not really sure how to deal with my hair and trying to get a plan together and she took the time to walk me through multiple options and explain the differences between products so i could be informed deciding what to do! she is SO nice and went far past the necessary levels of customer service, that girl deserves a raise. i would literally be friends with her. also 5 stars because i love sally’s in general, i’ve always found exactly what i need by going there.

Omg this Gallatin Sally Beauty is amazing!! Every time I’ve walked in they always been so incredibly helpful and not pushy. Olivia is the one that helped me the other day and she is EXCELLENT!! She perfectly explained a hair care product to me and made me feel confident doing my hair. I usually don’t ever write reviews but I thought this was very much worth it.

We drove out of the way to this location because they were the only one that was open till 9 PM and I am very glad we did. We were helped by somebody named Nikki, who was extremely kind to my daughter when she was having a hard time trying to pick a new hairstyle before school after moving here from another state, she was extremely nice and made it a great experience. As a Sally’s customer with few experiences I’d like to share this one specifically…I had a great experience the lady who was working there her name is Nicky , she was very helpful and knowledgeable with the hair products and answered every question I had with patience’s and respect. She went out her way to understand what I was wanting to with my hair. ( color fixing it) she did a awesome job and here are the products and processes of my hair with results thanks to her help!
