We drove out of the way to this location because they were the only one that was open till 9 PM and I am very glad we did. We were helped by somebody named Nikki, who was extremely kind to my daughter when she was having a hard time trying to pick a new hairstyle before school after moving here from another state, she was extremely nice and made it a great experience. As a Sally’s customer with few experiences I’d like to share this one specifically…I had a great experience the lady who was working there her name is Nicky , she was very helpful and knowledgeable with the hair products and answered every question I had with patience’s and respect. She went out her way to understand what I was wanting to with my hair. ( color fixing it) she did a awesome job and here are the products and processes of my hair with results thanks to her help!

I went in today to get my usual hair dye. I was greeted and I told the young girl I was getting my usual hair dye. A guy from behind the counter said it’s still okay to ask questions with an attitude. The same girl checked me out and asked for my phone number. I don’t have a customer account with Sally’s and she said okay with a little bit of offense. I wouldn’t go back and look for another location.
