I just wanted to give a shout-out to Julia. I came in looking for a discontinued product hoping to find one in the clearance section. No luck there but she was able to help me find a few other things that I could use. She was so nice and so generous, I can't thank her enough!!

Ashley was terrible. I called her to ask about dying my hair and she explained horrible details and made it seem like hair creame would lift my hair. I am not a professional!!! And she just assumed so and didnt help me at all nor told me I need developer. She made it seem like the developer was in the hair cream. Again i’m not a professional, I don’t know these things and that’s why I called wanting to know? She should be fired.
