I have loved this place for years, until today, when the girl at the front with the long lashes and dark haired passed me a developer that did not go with the toner I purchased. I never thought anything of it as they are the experts. Ya I have a hair appointment tomorrow morning to have it fixed. I will never come back here.
The staff here are always so rude every time I come here, if you don't listen to their suggestions you will get attitude back from them. If you need to return or exchange GOOD LUCK they for some reason act like your wasting their personal money and always act so rude about it. I'm seriously going to stop shopping here, they make me feel so uncomfortable and awkward. It's also annoying as heck when they don't leave you alone to shop, standing right next to you.
