I went in and asked one of the lady’s which color remover I would need to get the most black out and she gave me a product that needed another product added in and never told me. I went to return my stuff the next day and the old lady at the front was so rude as soon as we walked in and she came from the back after we waited for 5 minutes. Go in and ask for Tammy! She was on the sales floor and helped me to select the right shampoo and conditioner to get the brassiness out of the blonde! She instructed me as to the frequency of usage and how long to let the product set in. Very much appreciated!

Had an online order and never received it and when I called the store to ask about it the manager was rude and got an attitude with me. I do not recommend placing online orders. They don't do text updates and they don't contact the customer if there is an issue with the order

I had an online order and needed to return multiple items. The process was very complicated but I am so glad that I was accomodated xand my return was processed. To Tammy, the Store Manager and Associate Kris, thank you so much for putting up with my not so easy online order returns. I really appreciate all your help and kindness!
