I went in and asked one of the lady’s which color remover I would need to get the most black out and she gave me a product that needed another product added in and never told me. I went to return my stuff the next day and the old lady at the front was so rude as soon as we walked in and she came from the back after we waited for 5 minutes. She was rude about me returning the items and not buying anything else. Go in and ask for Tammy! She was on the sales floor and helped me to select the right shampoo and conditioner to get the brassiness out of the blonde! She instructed me as to the frequency of usage and how long to let the product set in. Very much appreciated!
