Go in and ask for Tammy! She was on the sales floor and helped me to select the right shampoo and conditioner to get the brassiness out of the blonde! She instructed me as to the frequency of usage and how long to let the product set in. Very much appreciated!
Had an online order and never received it and when I called the store to ask about it the manager was rude and got an attitude with me. I do not recommend placing online orders. They don't do text updates and they don't contact the customer if there is an issue with the order
I had an online order and needed to return multiple items. The process was very complicated but I am so glad that I was accomodated xand my return was processed. Before I buy, like to try different products to see what is best for my hair thick-3C-wavy and every product gives a summary of the ingredients and what type of hair can benefit from that; which helps me choose the best products for my hair.
Incredibly disappointed and frustrated with what has happened to my hair. I have been coloring my hair since I was 13 year old. Sallys was always my go-to place for hair color. This past time I went, it was for a natural brown hair color to do over my faded out red hair that I have colored brown over before with no issue. I had asked for a light brown, natural color.
