This place is great most of the time, but today 12/11 7:20 pm whoever was working at this time was extremely rude, I say hi and she ignored me, she never acknowledge us while in the store or offered any help and when we were ready to pay, she never turned to see us or talked to us just scanned the products with no word until she needed to ask for my phone number and asked if I wanted to use my points, she didn’t offer a bag for the products I bought.

every time i go in here, everyone is so friendly, helpful, and kind. today, mcconnell helped me find a fantasy color brand to match the vision i was hoping to achieve by searching for different swatches of color. i hope they’re working when i come back 🤞🤞

Great location! Been coming here for 4 ish years now and never had a bad experience. Employees are super friendly and helpful.

I usually enjoy coming here but if the employees are going to stand in front of the products you are trying to look at and make you feel like you are in their way, I won't want to come back. I felt like I was stared at trying to look for a color and not once was I asked if I needed help. I left to shop somewhere else.
