every time i go in here, everyone is so friendly, helpful, and kind. today, mcconnell helped me find a fantasy color brand to match the vision i was hoping to achieve by searching for different swatches of color. i hope they’re working when i come back 🤞🤞

Great location! Been coming here for 4 ish years now and never had a bad experience. Employees are super friendly and helpful.

I usually enjoy coming here but if the employees are going to stand in front of the products you are trying to look at and make you feel like you are in their way, I won't want to come back. I felt like I was stared at trying to look for a color and not once was I asked if I needed help. I left to shop somewhere else.

I was disappointed by the lack of hair products for ethnic clients at this beauty supply store. Walking in, I expected to find aisles stocked with supplies for all types of hair needs, including essentials for African American and other textured hair. However, I found the store to mainly cater to Caucasian hair textures, with very few products aimed at women of color.
