I came to Sally’s for heat protection for flat iron/hair dryer and smoothing for frizzy coarse hair. I left with lots of answers to questions. Super knowledgeable and helpful staff. Thank you. Highly recommend.
Always happy to come here and get the tools for hair and manicure. Not only I got greeted at the door, they always show me where the item I was looking for and answered my questions. Much more direct from ordering anything from Amazon and spending time to read the review.
I can not praise Sarah and Bri enough for all their help with my colour correction. It was pretty much a 3 step process so I was in and out of the store all day and the final results of what I was wanting to achieve well let me say I would not of been able to do any of this with out Bri and Sarah’s expertise and advise direction and support. If I could give a 100 stars I would. These 2 Ladies are FABULOUS! Thank you so much and I look forward to shopping and seeing you at Sally’s soon
visited and was immediately helped by sarah jane. they were so so patient and helpful with everything, and suggested many alternatives to get the colour i wanted :) i didn’t feel judged and i could tell they really knew what they were talking about. super sweet, thank you to their coworker as well who help come up with the perfect colour for me <33
Friendly, informative and most importantly great customer service from the staff. We were helped out by Jamie who gave us great insight and reccomendations! There was an incident that happened with a Caucasian woman who came in to harass, verbally abuse and mistreat the staff for no reason. It was made apparent that this individual has come by several times to this and other locations with the same demeanor of verbal abuse and racism. The staff handled the situation well.
