visited and was immediately helped by sarah jane. they were so so patient and helpful with everything, and suggested many alternatives to get the colour i wanted :) i didn’t feel judged and i could tell they really knew what they were talking about. super sweet, thank you to their coworker as well who help come up with the perfect colour for me <33

Friendly, informative and most importantly great customer service from the staff. We were helped out by Jamie who gave us great insight and reccomendations! There was an incident that happened with a Caucasian woman who came in to harass, verbally abuse and mistreat the staff for no reason. It was made apparent that this individual has come by several times to this and other locations with the same demeanor of verbal abuse and racism. The staff handled the situation well. I absolutely LOVE coming to this store! Everytime I enter I'm warmly greeted and asked if they can help with any questions or need suggestions. This last time Ash was wonderful! She helped me with every purchase and pointed out the sales, so I didn't miss out on the deals. She's very knowledgeable and and honest about what products best suit my needs.
