I walked in and was immediately greeted. I was informed about the promotions and asked if I needed assistance. However, the cashier who checked me out had a sour expression and seemed uninterested in helping me. She made me feel like an inconvenience, appeared unsure of what she was doing, and didn’t offer me the credit card. Although I left happy with my products, I wouldn't return to this location.

Older lady rude and not helpful at all, ask for assistance on best color match and just showed me where the colors are at and left to continue to gossip with coworker.

i came in the other day undecided on what i was going to do with my hair but the person working was super helpful. i didn’t catch their name but they had black hair and were tall. they were super knowledgeable on all the products i asked about and gave me super helpful tips. my new favorite sally’s location!

Very unprofessional on how they talk about their personal life outloud. Ruins the professional atmosphere and are of minimal help. I felt they only stood at the end of the aisles to see if I was stealing, I felt very uncomfortable (yes I am black). I got to over hear that they don’t like their work schedule to enough detail where one of them said they’ll be alone in the store for 45 minutes of the upcoming schedule .
