Lots of products available but their employees don’t know anything about hair or any of the products..
Every time I visit this location, I’m told there’s a shortage of hair colour due to "the States and Trump" yet somehow the product always ends up being available in the back room. It gives the impression that I’m being misled just to secure a sale, which feels dishonest and frustrating. Additionally, there’s a tall older lady with black curly hair at the front who consistently pressures me to purchase products I’ve already declined multiple times. Had the pleasure to meet 2 amazing ladies one young lady that helped me pick hair color and the other beautiful lady I think is the owner or manager. Both are incredible, professional, pleasant , knowledgeable, helpful. I am glad I stopped at this beauty shop. I recommend this shop to everyone

Diana provided great customer service when I came in today looking for hair dye! She was so sweet , I needed help with the mixing ratio for the dye and she was nice enough to write everything down for me !
