First of all, I want to say that I enjoy shopping at this location-the staff are all great and I always find what I need. The reason for the less than stellar review is because the few times I've been they've either had no A/C or poorly working A/C in very hot & humid weather. Corporate doesn't seem to care about its employees (or customers), and I feel badly for those that have to work in those conditions. OSHA does have a focus on Heat Stress Prevention these days. Would be a shame is someone complained....
It's been more they two times that I got here, on business hours and no one is here the hours are from 10:00 in the morning they need to change the hours or get staff that can be here on time.
Complete BS. It's 6:09 as I type this and the place is locked. Even though it's supposed to be open until 7pm. Not even a sign on the door explaining why theyre locked. Total horsebleep.
Brought my daughter here for Semi-Permanent hair dye, the label says 10.49 right next to the girl stocking the shelf. I grab a tube and put it on the counter behind us and it rings up nearly $18. I look at her and I’m like that doesn’t reflect the same price and look back at the girl stocking the shelf, she goes “oh… we’re about to rearrange the shelves”. Definitely not culture friendly! And I know you ALL know what I mean. For those who don't ... Let me spell it out for you. There are NO BLACK PEOPLE HAIR CARE PRODUCTS HERE! It's 2025 lets sell things for all people and if you don't than I'm convinced you only see one side of things! Whether or not there's alot of people who use them there should at least still be an option IN STORE!
