If I could give it zero stars I would, I have never ever had so many issues with a Sally’s as I’ve had with this store, the amount of incompetence in one store is vexing not only that but the rude behavior every time I deal with Jasmine. Do better Sally’s.
I had the pleasure of getting help from Briana and Chris and Paris who were there from the Sanford store. I haven't colored my hair in years and I have some gray hair and they were very helpful in what to buy and gave me tips on how to take care after. When I walked in they all were very friendly and attentive to my needs. Thank you so much. If you all didn't offer to help I would have probably made a mess of my hair. Super rude, impolite and immature staff. Prices are sky high. Please order online from Amazon. Much cheaper including Sally's own product.
Young employees at the store are super unprofessional and rude. Don't listen to what you want but recommend what they want instead.
