I had a flat tire due to a nail puncturing it. They got me in and repaired. It didn’t even charge me anything and did it very quickly.
I am giving this store 5 stars because I had an altercation today with my Sally’s reward credit card. I tried to go in store and use my sally card. I have a problem without being able to swipe my card. I always have to do a look up well. The sales associate looked at my account, and my card was denied to make a purchase. She looked it up again to run it again the card was denied. I've gotten great advice here for hair care before. Last night, I visited with a question about gel nail polish, and the employee suggested I use nail glue to keep my gel polish on longer. She was very enthusiastic about a viral TikTok glue they have. I wish they would just say they don't know rather than giving bad advice.
