I've been coming into this Sally's and it's been a huge change from before. The manager and employees working now are amazing, they engage with you, they learn everything you need for whatever hair procedure you're doing and they help you find the best supplies to get it done. They are so friendly and made such an impact on me the first time i met these employees who are fighting to change this location for the better and the experiences for all of us.

My boyfriend called and asked if he could run into the store at 5:57 a nice lady on the phone said yes, then she asked maybe a coworker or a manager and she answered by yelling NO NO NO HELL NO. The store wasn’t even closed yet just so rude and nasty.

Went in to buy a flat iron and they had a clearance section on a table as well as items marked in the aisle. After asking the manager for advice on which product is a better item her response was “you’re just paying for the name” not much help. I then chose the item I wanted to buy and apparently they put an item on the clearance table and marked the home location with the same sale signs.
