Last night (12/29/2025), I was there right before closing around 7:40pm. Katie was absolutely brilliant and helpful!! I asked for her opinion on some color correcting/lightening my already pretty light hair that needed stained purple dye out so the process could be redone. I’ve done it a few times before over time, but never tried to streamline the process at home. I've been coming into this Sally's and it's been a huge change from before. The manager and employees working now are amazing, they engage with you, they learn everything you need for whatever hair procedure you're doing and they help you find the best supplies to get it done. They are so friendly and made such an impact on me the first time i met these employees who are fighting to change this location for the better and the experiences for all of us.

My boyfriend called and asked if he could run into the store at 5:57 a nice lady on the phone said yes, then she asked maybe a coworker or a manager and she answered by yelling NO NO NO HELL NO. The store wasn’t even closed yet just so rude and nasty.
