Had a poor experience tonight. Went in looking for a gift for someone. Employee working asked if they could help me, I said "Yes, please. I'm looking for something that looks like a 3 barrel curling iron that is supposed to make wavy hair" (based on how I described that, it's probably no suprise I'm a middle aged bald man who knows NOTHING about this stuff). They point to one that is tiny, then I find one and ask if they have anymore besides these two. They say "No" then they walk away. I find 2 more models on another shelf.... read more
