I exchange a product and they charge me.twice for exchange for a product that is cheaper. I complained they returned the second charge but they want the item back. So they took the product I paid for $33 then want again to take the product that I exchange.And now they are denying that they received the product that I return..What a thief...they make a bogus receipt..be careful with this people ..Liar..if they open the camera they will see I am telling the truth.Sally Milton..they are not confident the senior staff is a Liar.... read more
Not sure how the store rating is currently 3.6?? Staff are knowledgable and friendly and the store is pretty well stocked. 5 star for me!!
Love how knowledgeable the staff here is! I was recommended this one hair mask for my hair and I’ve been using it for the last 3 years. The hair consultants here are amazing, I have a lovely experience with Joy every time I come here and would recommend her assistance to anyone seeking expertise on curly hair and hair dying for the first time.
