You need to honour the prices listed on the product labels or you need to update them when discounts expire. You cannot mislead customers via incorrect pricing. Horrible customer service by Joy. Just saying hello when you enter the store and then being argumentative and not honouring prices listed is pathetic customer service.

went in, someone asked if we needed help & we said we were okay. the associate then proceeded to tell another woman about the promotions in store, not us. we picked up a hair dye, and went to cash out. the woman said this would not cover grey hair, and proceeded to say "see this is why i asked you guys if you needed help". she was extremely passive aggressive towards us the whole time. she only decided to be friendly when we thought we were buying something. when we left the store she was not friendly at all. she also didn't... read more

If I had the option to give a zero rating, I certainly would, but unfortunately, that is not possible. This is the second consecutive time we have made a purchase from your store, and once again, the employee present recommended an incorrect product, despite us clearly explaining our needs and asking for advice. If the employee is unsure, it would be more professional to admit it rather than recommending a product that severely damages hair.
