I’ve never gone into a Sally’s and expected anyone to really be able to answer any questions. However, these two girls were so knowledgeable & were so helpful! Tolley was extremely friendly from the second, I walked in the door & went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. Not only did they give me step-by-step directions, but they laughed and smiled the whole time. Gave me a lot of helpful tips with my hair color & nails!!! Both girls were full of so much happiness and spreading that holiday cheer!
This is a pretty solid Sally Beauty store. I’ve been getting my hair dye from this store for nearly 4 years. They always have the brands I like with the certain colors I’m looking for. Minus one star because some of the staff sucks so bad. Looming over my shoulder making comments and faces about what dye to grab or not grab after I said I don’t need help.
