Macy at the Menifee store was so kind and genuinely cared about my concerns. I spent a lot of money to get hair done yesterday at a professional salon to prepare for my husband's Christmas party this coming Friday. To say the least I was in tears and frustrated until Macy answers the phone. She patiently listened and helped me order online for delivery. Is it policy to follow customers down every isle? lol like I’m just a little confused, did the employees believe I was going to steal something? or do you guys tell your workers to monitor each isle a customer goes down? I mean the store is only so big Every item I picked up, without asking, the employee would follow me and then proceed to tell me what the product is used for when I was just trying to shop in peace and read ingredients on certain products. I don’t know, just felt like it was as very overwhelming experience.
