I should've made this review a couple years ago when I was trying to buy a clipper for work as I was looking at the clippers an alarm on the boxes kept going off and one of the women who was gathered around the front desk talking to one another told me to stop picking up the boxes the sound was annoying her. The girls who work here are amazing! I don’t recall one of their names but she had long dark brown hair and was petite and her manager Jess were so kind and helpful. I got a very unfortunate highlight and am about to leave for vacation for 2.5 weeks. They got me everything I needed to bleach just a small bit and tone to make it all blend. Jess took the time to give me directions told me exactly what to do and I’m so grateful.
