Sally's has great products, but they do not follow their posted hours. Tried to shop this store location last week during normal business hours and the lights where on but the door was locked. I could see an employee in the store looking at me and she was just shaking her head no. I understand things happen, but could you please just post a sign on the door showing how long you will be closed for if you shut down during the day? This would go a long way with your loyal customers.
1pm on a wednesday, store ain’t even open, smh, gots to do better !
Favorite store when theyre actually open during posted hours..... came today at 6:20 to find them closed 40 minutes early..
Went in yesterday. Front desk lady was very rude and unfriendly. and didnt offer to help me with anything. They sell good products, but if you want the good customer service dont go here.
I had an AWFUL experience there. The older woman/clerk was extremely rude!! When I asked for her assistance she proceeded to ridicule my choices. I’d never experienced anything like it in retail. I’ll NEVER return as long as she is working there. She seriously needs some customer service training.
