9/6/24 I was running to tj max I notice that Sally’s was open so I ran in for shampoo I notice that they had a 4 for 30 sale never once did one of the associates say they were closing soon. One of the associate ask did I need any help I said no but then I ask for help she help and went on. The other associate was on the register assisting someone else. Needs to have a better attitude
I sent my husband in to pick up some toner for me- and the lady working rolled her eyes and told him ‘she isn’t supposed to show him’ where to find it. Was super snarky about having to provide customer service. Sally’s is usually great- but whoever blessed his presence today at 12pm was not it.
