I had an AWFUL experience there. The older woman/clerk was extremely rude!! When I asked for her assistance she proceeded to ridicule my choices. I’d never experienced anything like it in retail. I’ll NEVER return as long as she is working there. She seriously needs some customer service training.

I wish I had caught her name, but the employee there was very welcoming and helpful. She made sure I had everything I needed, answered my questions, and gave advice. Above and beyond customer service :)

9/6/24 I was running to tj max I notice that Sally’s was open so I ran in for shampoo I notice that they had a 4 for 30 sale never once did one of the associates say they were closing soon. One of the associate ask did I need any help I said no but then I ask for help she help and went on. The other associate was on the register assisting someone else.
