It’s deeply disappointing to walk into a beauty supply store—especially one that caters to a diverse clientele—nearly 10 months pregnant and be completely ignored, while watching the sole staff member greet every other white customer around me. I have been to this store multiple times. Always very helpful staff. The prices are a bit high, but I do get some stuff at this store and can always find what I am looking for.
Not the best experience in this store. I went in looking for items and I understand wanting to give customer service but it did not feel that way. An older lady that was an employee basically followed me around the store as I was looking for items and when I stood in one area she stood right next to me and my partner the whole time until I left that area and went along with me to the next area. Great staff! They helped me out with getting shampoo and conditioner for my type of hair and it’s been amazing!
This is a wonderful store! Employees are helpful, courteous and make shopping there a pleasant experience!
