Not the best experience in this store. I went in looking for items and I understand wanting to give customer service but it did not feel that way. An older lady that was an employee basically followed me around the store as I was looking for items and when I stood in one area she stood right next to me and my partner the whole time until I left that area and went along with me to the next area. I read the older reviews and was a bit nervous to go to this location but with the bridge closed I needed to give it a shot. It was nothing like the negative reviews, apparently there is new management. I was promptly greeted, asked what my hair goals were, was helped in best products and tools needed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I went back the next week for products to do a root melt and it was the exact same experience. (My hair looks amazing and I've saved tons of $$!) The staff is wonderful! I want corporate to know that. That is the only reason for 2 stars! The NEW manager is absolutely horrible, rude, unprofessional and not welcoming at all! I hope this matter gets handled quickly as I do love the convience of this store!
