I went to Sally’s in a hurry to find nail polish to match my daughters dress for prom. I walked in and Ashley immediately greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told her I needed a baby blue nail polish. She walked over and found a light shade of blue but it wasn’t exactly the shade I was looking for. She looked up stores that would have the color I needed. I was so grateful. She was pleasant and very helpful! Thank you so much Ashley. I did end up finding the color at the store she recommended.

Bad service by 3 teenagers. I went by 6:03 pm on Saturday Feb 3,2024. I am cosmetologist I need a profesional treat.

Super sweet employees. Two women working yesterday were not only super helpful in helping me find what I need but were also incredibly understanding when my toddler started having a meltdown 😅 parents can understand how much that meant to me

Always closed at the most random times. I asked one of the employees why & she nonchalantly answered “we were at the store.”

I always expected Sally’s to have decent prices but on this trip, I found that everything was overpriced, and the price tags didn’t match up with the price at the register. I bought something that had a price tag of $5.49, and when I got to the register, it was $10. When I asked why, I was told because of management. The salesperson was extremely nice but she told me that everything in the store had incorrect prices.
