Came to sally. Sign said “temporarily closed will reopen tomorrow 5/19/25” but it’s may 19 now and they’re not open.
went to sally’s beauty the other day, i had the best service by a young gal named shay! very sweet and helpful when i came in looking for biosilk, she gave me a better deal with another product that has the same effects. very clever gal! great service and staff is helpful
My wife and I just left the Sally beauty store on Dairy Road and was provided the worst customer service by Melody! Melody‘s condescending tone, unprofessionalism, and rude customer service provided the worst shopping experience possible. The simple tasks of providing product knowledge was met with annoyance and disappointment. We will not be going back to this location! Don’t waste your time or money!
They do a great job at pointing you to the proper product. User friendly all around.
