I had the best experience coming into this store. I have never been to Sally’s in my life and was recommended to come here. I was instantly greeted by your sales girl, Em. She is absolutely 10/10 amazing. I told her what I wanted to do with my hair, and my hair journey and she brought me through the store to get everything i needed. She then wrote down step by step what I need to do. She is absolutely fantastic and I will definitely be back to purchase more and make sure she helps me. Best customer service !
Had a wonderful experience on Sunday being helped by Anfal. It's rare to meet someone so kind, genuine and eager to help. I know sometimes costumer service can drain any ounce of patience one has, but this girl is operating with fresh enthusiasm. Somebody give this girl a raise or at least allow me to tip her (she politely declined lol). I want her to know that I followed HER advice over a hairdresser and I love my hair. I just went there for the first time because i was really in need of products for my hair but also because i heard alot of good things about this store, i met with two sales associate on August 1st, they were such a vibe & so informative with the products especially leah ( hopefully i got her name right) she totally gave me exactly what i needed and made me feel sooo heard with my issues. I had such a great experience today! The girl working was incredibly kind and helpful—she really took her time to understand what I needed and helped me find the perfect shade to match my roots. I just did my hair and I honestly can’t believe how perfect the match is. I’m so happy with it!
