Dorothy and Monty are wonderful, friendly always willing to help you find what you need! Prices are great!
Went to Sally's yesterday, in Hixson, for a hair product. Monty, who I found out is the manager, had a bad attitude, is rude and really does not need to be dealing with customers. She makes you feel like you are an inconvenience & she does not liked to be called out on it. The younger employees at the store appear to be scared to say anything but were helpful when I asked for a refund on the product I had purchased minutes before. I understand people have bad days but Monty and her bad attitude appears to be an ongoing issue... read more

I had a great experience at Sally Beauty! First off, there was a great selection of OPI and they were on sale!! The staff was super nice and asked me if I needed any help! I will be back for all things nails & lashes & MORE! ❤️
