I was horrified while shopping to hear the manager Monty absolutely berating an older employee. The way she spoke to her was absolutely disgusting and shocking. I confronted the manager and told her that she shouldn’t be talking to anyone that way. She told me that I don’t know the whole story, that she didn’t know I was there and that I should have a good day. The lady was so nice to us considering she was running the whole store.
I came to the store today to buy some hair products , shampoo and hairdressing, and I had my encounter with a young lady named Monty with an attitude, and I just read a review from another customer complaining about Monty delightful attitude so warm and kind that she does not give a damn about customer service, if this is the best that Sally has to offer your in deep trouble.
