I've had bad service experiences here before so I was nervous coming in, but Alias was very patient, understanding and helpful.
Dorothy and Monty are wonderful, friendly always willing to help you find what you need! Prices are great!
Went to Sally's yesterday, in Hixson, for a hair product. Monty, who I found out is the manager, had a bad attitude, is rude and really does not need to be dealing with customers. She makes you feel like you are an inconvenience & she does not liked to be called out on it. The younger employees at the store appear to be scared to say anything but were helpful when I asked for a refund on the product I had purchased minutes before. I had a great experience at Sally Beauty! First off, there was a great selection of OPI and they were on sale!! The staff was super nice and asked me if I needed any help! I will be back for all things nails & lashes & MORE! ❤️
