I had a deeply disturbing experience at this Sally Beauty location due to the blatantly racist and unprofessional behavior of an associate named Monty. Upon entering the store, I was immediately followed in a way that felt invasive and targeted. When I didn’t respond right away to her greeting, Monty told me that if I wasn’t going to say “hello” back, I needed to leave the store. They're always so helpful and have plenty of patience with me!
Omg!! The ladies behind the counter are actually knowledgeable about their products and have a real smile on their face just like it's supposed to be when you are doing something you like! If only I had more hair and another reason to go there, I would!
