There’s an employee at this location that needed recognition. Last 2 times entering this store to fulfill an order for somebody as soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by a kind a pleasant worker. Asking what I was in for and immediately came over to help me with the items I needed. What would have taken me a good 10-15 minutes took me 5 with his help. I visited the store on 2/28, and this was by far my best experience yet. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and the associate immediately offered to point me in the right direction. I showed him a photo on my phone of what I was looking for, and while he knew the store did not carry that exact item, he was knowledgeable enough to recommend a similar product that was in stock. I had the best experience at Sally’s on Mariano Blvd today. Jackson was warm and welcoming, assisted me with his clear knowledge of the products, and upsold me like a champ! Well done, Jackson! I’ll be back for more peroxide!
I came in for hair color, and some advice. Jackson not only took the time to make sure I had everything I needed, but he also answered ALL my questions. He gave me the most excellent customer service today. Ty very much for your help.
I ran to Sally’s a few days ago for my usual restock and much to my surprise I was greeted warmly by Jackson who recommended several hair products and a really fantastic shampoo. Sally’s staff are always friendly and helpful but he really goes above and beyond. I’m so glad I tried what he recommended my color truly came out better than ever.
